(Placement by skill) 60 minutes

Students in 60-minute classes are taught higher progressions of gymnastics. Learning from their basics, each gymnast learns at their own pace. Flexibility and strength are encouraged and are helpful for the gymnast to improve and gain skill. All gymnastics equipment appropriate for this level will be used. Movement to other levels are by skill.
